Shipping in Kuwait

a. Same-day delivery inside Kuwait on all orders placed before 11:00 am.

b. Orders placed after 11:00 am are delivered the next day (except Friday).

c. Orders placed Thursday after 11:00 am are delivered Saturday (for regular shipping only).

d. Orders placed after 11:00 am to 7:pm from Sunday to Saturday are delivered same-day delivery (available for express shipping only; below rates apply).  

Shipping is FREE on all orders above 30 KWD. Orders below 30 KWD will be charged based on your location.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any unwanted item(s) returned within 14 days of purchase. Please send us an email at [email protected] stating your order number and reason for return or exchange. Please note, delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded in case of return. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and perfumes are not eligible for return.
